WHO WE ARE

Established in 2009, what started as a family vacation home, transformed into three modern beach villas. Owned and developed by city dwellers turned avid kitesurfers, they married luxury and comfort within the contemporary architecture of their design. The spacious villas boast high ceilings and large windows to highlight the panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea and maximize the fresh coastal air. After all, the island is called "Bon-aire" meaning "Good Air". Newly finished in 2020, Villas #2 & #3 are one of their kind, with luxurious custom finishes, smart-home features, and many unique amenities.

With a passion for real estate and sharing tropical destinations, Bonaire Vacation Villas was founded in 2011 and has since added more properties throughout Bonaire, Aruba, Curaçao, and Florida.

From all of us at Bonaire Vacation Villas, it is our pleasure to serve you during your stay here in paradise.

BONAIRE

English: [bɔːˈnɛər/ or /bɒnˈɛər]

Dutch: [boːˈnɛːr(ə)]

Papiamento: Boneiru, [buˈneiru]

"A Caribbean island that, with the uninhabited islet of Klein Bonaire nestled in its western crescent, forms a special municipality of the Netherlands. Together with Aruba and Curaçao it forms a group referred to as the ABC islands of the Leeward Antilles, the southern island chain of the Lesser Antilles. The name Bonaire is thought to have originally come from the Caquetio word 'Bonay'. The early Spanish and Dutch modified its spelling to Bojnaj and also Bonaire, which means "Good Air". Bonaire's capital is Kralendijk. Bonaire was part of the Netherlands Antilles until the country's dissolution on 10 October 2010, when the island became a special municipality within the country of the Netherlands."

Wonderful Property
"The lay out of the property is wonderful. The best spot for sunsets. Large main room with a view of the ocean. Very well maintained infinity pool, outdoor swing, beach bed, beach chairs with umbrella. So many extras! Booking was easy and we were welcomed and given the layout and started the vacation. We can't wait to return!" - Russell H.
