Grace Period:

Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.

Reservations will be held for 48 hours without payment.
Payment Policy:

Payment can be made by credit card (3% fee), debit card or bank transfer.

50% deposit is required to confirm your booking; the remaining 50% is to be paid at 30 days before your arrival. To avoid banking fees, feel free to make the payment in one transaction.

30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.

All guests are listed in contract. No additional guests are allowed use of premises (unless first informed to Villa Team), if this occurs, damage despot will be kept. Any major damage beyond normal wear and tear will be deducted from damage deposit. Damage Deposit is refunded to guest(s) within 72 hours of check out. For tenants staying past agreed rental period, daily rate is $1,070.00 for party of 2 ($80.00 per person per day for additional persons) plus $850 cleaning fee. Tax/ABB not included.

50% Refund up to one (1) month prior to check-in date .

30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
HOUSE RULES:
* Please make sure physical keys are returned, as in case of a loss, a fine of $80 will be applicable.
* No Smoking inside Villas. Only outside. Please no "butts" on beach. Charge for smoking inside is $350.
* Late check out is only available based on availability
* If late check out is unavailable, we do request our guests to vacate Villa by specified check out time. (Some exceptions can be made.) You're welcome to store luggage in garage. Not complying, is subject to penalty of one (1) full night's rate.
